China's flagship government scholarship program, administered by the China Scholarship Council (CSC). Provides full financial support for international students across all degree levels at NPU, with four application pathways including bilateral agreements, designated programs, and direct university recommendation.

Eligibility Requirements
- Non-Chinese citizen with valid passport
- Good physical and mental health; no infectious or disabling conditions
- Undergraduate applicants must sit the China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA)
- Chinese-taught programs: HSK Level 3 minimum
- Non-Chinese-taught programs: meet NPU language and academic standards
- Stipend paid in full if registration completed by the 15th of the month

- Step 1Path I (University Program): Apply through NPU portal at admission.nwpu.edu.cn, complete interview, submit to CSC system before deadline
- Step 2Path II (Bilateral): Apply via home country dispatching department through CSC system
- Step 3Path III (Designated): Apply through UNESCO Great Wall, EU, or ASEAN program via relevant organization
- Step 4Path IV (Exchange): Contact NPU International College directly for scholar exchange placements
