Dormitory Options for International Students
NPU provides fully furnished dormitory rooms for international students on Youyi Campus. All rooms include internet access, air conditioning, and 24-hour security.
Standard Double Room (≈¥35/day)
Two single beds, shared bathroom on the floor. Desk, wardrobe, air-con, Wi-Fi. Suitable for budget-conscious students or those on exchange programs.
Standard Single Room (≈¥55/day)
Private room with single bed and en-suite bathroom. Desk, wardrobe, air-con, TV, and Wi-Fi. Popular with degree students for year-round comfort.
Deluxe Single Room (≈¥80/day)
Larger room with en-suite bathroom, living area, and full desk setup. Fridge and microwave included. Ideal for students who value extra space and privacy.
What's Included in All Rooms
Bed frame and mattress, desk and chair, wardrobe, air conditioning, hot-water kettle. Bedding and towels are available for purchase or rental on campus.

Dormitory Booking Process
How to Book Your Dormitory
Dormitory allocation is managed by the International Students Office. Most degree students are automatically assigned a room after acceptance; follow the steps below to confirm.
- Receive Admission NoticeYour Admission Notice will include dormitory information or instructions for booking. Degree students are usually pre-assigned a room.
- Confirm Your Room TypeEmail the International Students Office at iso@npu.edu.cn to confirm your assigned room or request a preference. Availability varies by semester.
- Pay Dormitory FeeDormitory fees are paid in advance at the time of check-in or via the university payment portal. Scholarship students: confirm whether dormitory is covered by your award.
- Check In on ArrivalBring your passport and Admission Notice to the dormitory management office to complete check-in and receive your key card.
